The Fathers Lead

In Deuteronomy 6, Old Testament Jewish fathers were commanded to teach their children diligently the ways of the Lord.

In Ephesians 6, New Testament Christian fathers are commanded to bring up their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

God commands the fathers, in both the Old and New Testaments, to teach and train their children!

The problem today is that our ungodly, worldly culture has deceived many fathers into thinking they should outsource the training of their children to others. This is not God's design, it is Satan's deception!

Christian fathers must lead in the following 3 ways:

ONE: be 100% responsible for the training of their children.

TWO: be 100% committed to guiding their children in godly principles found in the Bible.

THREE: be faithful in attending a Bible-believing local church that will help guide, and assist them in building a strong biblical home for the GLORY OF GOD!
