Have You Been Planted?

Romans 6:5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

The barren branches you see on trees in the winter are the exact same branches that are in full bloom in the spring. What a beautiful picture it is to step back and look at a grand tree that has brought forth much fruit.

However, you must remember one thing, that tree would not be standing and could not have brought forth fruit unless it had first been planted first.

If you're always asking yourself why you cannot seem to bring forth fruit in your Christian life, maybe it's time to look at a tree and ask yourself, "Have I been planted first?"

Until you've been planted in the likeness of Christ's death, you cannot bring forth fruit. You must be rooted and grounded IN CHRIST before you can even begin to grown in His grace!

John 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.
