Biblical time management
It's 100% certain, that our days here on earth will pass away. Because of this, God expects us to manage our time wisely with eternity in view.
Psalm 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
The biggest key to understanding time management is to avoid wasting it. Let's be real, this world is full of: carnival amusement, sinful pleasures, and never ending vacations of unproductivity. Instead of spinning our wheels with these time wasters, God expects us to redeem the time.
Remember, if we don't apply our HEARTS unto wisdom, we'll never be able to WALK in wisdom.
Colossians 4:5 Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
Finally, there is going to come a TIME, when TIME ceases to exist. At that point, we'll be living fully immersed in Eternity.
Revelation 10:5-6 And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
Although God is the one who fully manages eternity, he does expect us to manage the earthly time He has given us wisely.
May God help us to walk in wisdom, redeeming the time, for His honor and glory!
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
