You Can't Perfect What You Won't Release
A man carrying it all alone — what Christian leadership looks like when no one ever gets brought into the work.

You're capable. And that might be the very thing working against you.

It shows up in pastors, fathers, and business owners. It sounds like "I'll just handle it." But stewardship isn't only about what you can do — it's about who you're raising up.

Ephesians 4:12 says the leadership gifts were given "for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry." That perfecting requires other people to be in the work. You can't perfect what you won't release.

Nobody grows when one man holds everything. Not them. Not you.

Will this come up again? Could someone else handle it if you took the time now? Then slow down, train, and hand it off.

Next time comes faster than you think. And the man who never delegates ends up the busiest — and the loneliest — in the room.
