Work on those details...

There's always a situation to handle.

There's always an issue to deal with.

Inevitable, a problem will always arise.

However, when the dust settles, what people will remember most about it all, is your character.

• How did you handle it?
• How did you act or react?
• What did you say, and how did you say it?

The same way you can't get rid of problems, is the same way you can't get rid of character. Whether good or bad, we all have character.

All that the problem, issue, or situation does, is reveals someone's character. And character is where the details are. WORK on those details!
