Purposeful listening has become a lost art.
It's the type of listening that cares enough to take the time and give someone our full attention.
When a person wants to talk with us, it's time to put down our cell phones and listen.
It's impossible to listen effectively and with purpose to people, if we're always listening for the next 'ding', 'bell' or 'whistle' to go off on our phone.
