The Cross has been taken for granted.

Most so-called Christians take the sacrificial death of Christ, on Calvary's bloody cross, for granted.

I know this is true, because the reality of our day is that so-called Christians...

• know more about the news, than they do their Bible.
• spend more hours scrolling social media than they do reading their Bible.
• LOVE having the freedom to "google" anything they want on their cell phone, but have no interest in earnestly studying the deeper things of God.
• can't get to church every time the doors are open because they just have 'other' things to do.
• have constructed arguments in their mind where they are able to blame bad politics for the mess our country is in.

Although, there is plenty of blame to go around to the corrupt politicians, our country is not in the mess it's in because of politicians. Our country is in a mess because of lazy, Bible-illiterate Christians who:

• are uninterested in spiritual things.
• refuse to faithfully attend a Bible-Believing church.
• refuse to spend their time witnessing for Jesus.
• give most, if not all of their money, to politics, lavish vacations, sports, entertainers and whatever other hobby they have, that they just can't get through the day without.

They think their cruise-ship version of Christianity is actually biblical because the preachers they sit under and too coward to call it out for what it is.

It's a sickening sight, that must be dealt with, by calling American Christian's to repentance. They must repent of taking the cross of Christ for granted.

The cross WAS the answer.
The cross IS the answer.
The cross IS STILL the answer.
The cross WILL ALWAYS be the answer.

The cross WILL NEVER STOP being the answer.

1 Corinthians 1:17-21 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
