Providentially Preserved
God, the authoritative creator of all things, has promised to providentially preserve His word. God has preserved His word, so we would have a final, written authority to appeal to, for all matters of spiritual nature.
Psalm 12:6-7 The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.
- Providentially kept and purified by God!
Psalm 119:89 For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.
- Providentially settled by God!
Psalm 119:160 Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.
- Providentially true forever!
Most Christian's believe the original manuscripts were given by inspiration of God and were without error. They believe this BY FAITH, without every seeing an original manuscript.
However, consider taking your faith to a deeper level by believing that the Lord has taken upon Himself the responsibility for its preservation.
By faith, I believe the incorruptible word of God which cannot pass away is available to the English-speaking world in the Authorized (King James) Version.
By faith, I believe every word in the King James Bible is pure, exact and needs no changing, correcting or altering whatsoever.
Consider allowing this Bible to serve as your providentially preserved, final authority!
