Paul Hadn’t Arrived Either

We gather to grow, because none of us is finished.

Paul was sitting in prison when he wrote, “Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after.” He had planted churches across the Roman world, and he was still following after.

If Paul wasn’t there yet, neither are we, and that’s alright. “He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”

So don’t quit because you’re not there yet. Stay in the Book and in the pew, and keep following after.
