Our Church is OPEN

Pilgrim Baptist Church believes that Jesus is the reason for ALL the seasons.

We also realize that many people today key in on the Christmastime of the year as: "Jesus being the reason for this season".

Because of this, let it be known, that our church will be open for ALL of our church services during the next 2 weeks. This would include our Sunday afternoon services, as well as our mid-week church services from now through January 5th.

If we cancelled our church services during these weeks, we would be sending a negative message to the community, that family-gatherings and gift exchanges are more important than a church-family coming together for corporate worship of our living Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.

To Cookeville and the surrounding communities:

Pilgrim Baptist Church is positively OPEN for corporate worship around the One, True God, who was virgin born, died for our sins on Calvary's tree, and offers the greatest gift to "whosoever believeth".

That free gift is called ETERNAL LIFE.
It is only by, through, from and of - Christ Jesus, the LORD!
