Missed or Tolerated?
Romans 16:3-4 Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus: Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles.
Nowadays, we need more Priscilla's and Aquila's in our local churches.
In Romans 16, Paul said they were both willing to put their own necks on the line for Paul. They were a great help to him.
Paul acknowledges them in Romans 16 by thanking God for them.
When Priscilla and Aquila went home to be with the Lord, they were greatly missed.
They were missed because they were not hanging around being tolerated as troublemakers. Instead, they were humble helpers who stayed to serve for the cause of Christ.
Strive to be missed, not tolerated!
A worthwhile example of being missed is Priscilla and Aquila.
