Light people vs Night people

We are in a time of moral and spiritual darkness that permeates this world.

This darkness is radically opposed to:

• Jesus Christ, the light of the world.
• His people of light, born-again Christians.
• The light of the glorious gospel, that Christians have been commissioned to preach.

The born-again believer has been rescued from this present evil age. As a result, we are now light people, in the midst of night people.

The Lord has left us in the world to be spiritual lights, not drawing attention to natural man, but to our supernatural God and Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Romans 13:11-12 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.
