Less head, more heart
One characteristic of the last days of the church, listed in 2 Timothy 3:4 is that men and women would be heady.
2 Timothy 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
A heady person is someone who is stubbornly headstrong. They rush into things without deliberately thinking it through.
A heady person gets something in their head, and they can't get off of it. It becomes a distraction.
A heady person seems to always be up to something. As a result, they can't connect with people.
I think we need less head and more heart! A person with a heart for people, can naturally connect with people.
1 Timothy 1:5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart
