Kinda' perfect or perfect?
Is God's way kinda' perfect, or perfect?
Psalm 18:30 As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.
Is God's work kinda' perfect, or perfect?
Deuteronomy 32:4 He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
Is God's word kinda' perfect, or perfect?
Psalm 19:7-9 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
Psalms 19 is chock-full of truth concerning God's Word. It covers the following 6 things:
- the PERFECTNESS of His Law.
- the SURENESS of His testimony.
- the RIGHTEOUSNESS of His statutes.
- the COMMANDING power of His authority.
- the CLEAN and undefiled fear of Him.
- the TRUTHFULNESS of His judgments.
Psalms 18 teaches us that as His word is tried, it is found trustworthy.
Deuteronomy 32 teaches us that As His ways and works are questioned, they also are found perfect.
Psalms 19 give us 6 principles concerning His word. It is perfect, sure, right, commanding, clean and truthful.
Finally, don't forget: the inspired word is also given so that the man of God may be perfect. God gives man a perfect purpose, through His perfect word!
2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
God's word isn't KINDA' perfect. Instead, it IS perfect!
