It is not wrong for people to aspire to positions of leadership. Therefore, it is not wrong to be a leader. It's RIGHT to be a leader.
However, it IS wrong to be the WRONG kind of leader.
A man or woman wanting big shot status, power or popularity is harmful. It will lead people down the wrong path.
Keep in mind, everyone will find themselves in a position of leadership.
A sense of peace, love, respect and camaraderie in a home can be instilled by a 10-year-old boy that uses proper leadership among his younger siblings.
