Getting the word out about your local church isn't as important as establishing trust with the people that are already there.

Walking this path to credibility will allow the current church members to experience Christ-like care from you. This will likely motivate them to show Christ-like care to others in the church; as well as the lost, outside the church.

Although, good leadership can rally people; great leadership cares and invests in those people.
