The expectations people have of their pastor, really should match their own personal commitment as a member.

If people would get serious about staying 100% committed to serving Christ, that would likely solve their pastoral expectation problem.

Make a habit of starting your day, by asking yourself this question: What does the Lord expect of ME today?
