Dictatorial Leadership

Dictatorial leadership is wrong.

The reason King Herod ordered the death of all the children 2 years old and younger, in Matthew 2, was because of his desire for power and control.

Dictators are very angry people. They want what they want, and they cannot be reasoned with. Their motives are fueled with a heart full of pride instead of humility.

Ask yourself this question:
“Do I want to pridefully rule, or do I want to humbly serve?”

If a man will humbly serve, a position of leadership will find the man. However, if a man gets a position of leadership and fails to humbly serve, his leadership won’t amount to much.
