Answering the fool

There comes a time when you've got to answer the fool to expose him for who he is.

The danger of not answering him, is that the fool will end up leaving the conversation thinking that what he said, actually had some worth.

The last thing you want to do is leave a fool wise in his own conceit!

Proverbs 26:5 Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own conceit.
