American wealth is America's god

American's think they have everything they need.

They have more food than they need to eat, with unlimited choices of amusement. On top of that, American's have access to the best healthcare and can live longer than most in other countries.

Many people reason that because they have what their physical, carnal flesh wants, that they don't need God.

This is evidenced by the fact that as American wealth increases, giving to local churches decreases, serving disappears and hearts become cold and unwilling to sacrifice for God.

It's a race to spend their wealth on themselves.

This is a serious heart issue and until it's fixed American wealth will continue to be America's God.

1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
